Meet the CNC Solar Team

Tom Colucci, President

Tom has built his career perfecting customer service and improving business operational processes. A graduate of SUNY at Albany and raised in New York, he began working in the retail industry ensuring the product consistency and delivery chain information for 1-800-Flowers. From there, he moved into managing purchasing and inventory controls for MSC Industrial Direct where he implemented system changes which resulted in over $60 million in inventory cost savings for the company. He joined Haier America and held a series of executive positions in inventory management, purchasing, sales operations and customer care. He played a pivotal role in the opening of a huge warehouse in New Jersey which led to his thorough understanding of operations management for large facilities of that nature. It was this experience that led him to pursue a career in the solar electric industry. Most recently, he worked as a sales executive at Delaware Renewable Energy and Clean Energy USA.

Tom lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with his wife and four children and spends his personal time coaching indoor soccer, teaching Sunday school and working on several committees in his church.

Gary Cannon, Partner

Gary is a graduate of the University of Delaware. Born and raised in New Jersey, Gary spent his summers lifeguarding at the beaches in Southern Delaware. He fell in love with the region and decided it was the perfect location to open a healthy-food restaurant, Gary's Dewey Beach Grill in 1991. Always environmentally conscious, he researched ways to implement a green approach into his business including the use of local organic foods, recycling, reducing energy consumption, and installing solar panels. This commitment developed a passion in Gary for the solar electric industry.

Gary lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with his wife Ava and their three girls. He spends his free time coaching basketball and lacrosse and promoting a healthy lifestyle through his restaurant and his wife's annual Dewey Beach Sprint Triathlon. To learn more visit
